Dr. Rosy Thachil is a non-invasive cardiologist practicing in New York City. She completed her cardiology training at the Mount Sinai Hospital, and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

She manages patients with a variety of cardiac conditions including hypertension, angina, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, and lipid disorders.

In addition to being a dedicated clinician, she also holds training in clinical bioethics, from the Montefiore-Cardozo Center for Bioethics.

She feels strongly about education both in and outside the hospital. In the hospital, she enjoys working with residents, medical students, and fellows. Outside the hospital, she uses her blogs (thachilMD.com and @rosythachilMD) to make health digestible.

In addition to fighting the plague that is cardiovascular disease, she is passionate about advancing womens’ roles in medicine, STEM, and leadership.

She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Medical Association, and American College of Physicians.
